Meditation can be the best method to control emotions but being in love is not a bad thing . Its just that teenage is not a right time to ponder over in love . I have seen many people falling blindly in love and then facing the consequences for same and on the other hand some fall in love just by instagram follow request or tinder . Teenage is the age where teenagers should take rational decisions in terms of their careers and choosing right things to chase their dreams .
Having a life partner becomes psychological need but choosing the right time can make things perfect .

DARKER SIDE
You might lose some good friends .
You may get sad for some silly reasons .
You may have to miss some things .

AGE does not matter in love , but teenagers may not have that strong mind which can feel the real meaning of love and they may have breakup in future . Since their mind is not strong enough to accept this , they may move into depression .
